FutureBridge Foundation is committed to providing a high standard of service. We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously as an opportunity to learn and improve.

What you can complain about Any aspect of our work, including the conduct of trustees, staff, volunteers or mentors, the quality of our programmes, our fundraising activities, or how we’ve handled your data.

Stage 1 — Informal resolution Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally. Contact us at info@futurebridgefoundation.co.uk and we will aim to acknowledge your concern within 5 working days.

Stage 2 — Formal complaint If your concern isn’t resolved informally, you can submit a formal written complaint. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. Where more time is needed, we will let you know why and give a revised timeframe.

Stage 3 — Escalation If you remain unsatisfied following our formal response, you can ask for your complaint to be reviewed by the Board of Trustees, whose decision will be final.

External bodies If your complaint relates to fundraising, you may also contact the Fundraising Regulator. If it relates to charity governance, you can contact the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Data protection complaints can be made to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
