Sakshee Ahluwalia serves as the Director of Programmes & Impact at FutureBridge Foundation, where she leads the design, delivery and evaluation of programmes that empower young people through education, mentoring, employability and leadership development. Working closely with stakeholders and partners, she ensures that every initiative is innovative, inclusive and evidence-informed, delivering meaningful and measurable impact for the young people and communities the Foundation serves.

An experienced educator and researcher, Sakshee brings a strong academic background in Management and Business Analytics, together with extensive experience in higher education, curriculum development, student success and research. She combines educational expertise with research, data analysis and impact evaluation to develop programmes that respond to the evolving needs of young people. Her experience spans programme design, stakeholder engagement, employability, mentoring and organisational development, enabling her to bridge academic insight with practical, real-world delivery.
