Imran Mir

Imran Mir is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FutureBridge Foundation, providing strategic leadership and driving the organisation’s vision to empower young people through education, mentoring, employability and leadership development. He works closely with schools, colleges, universities, employers and community organisations to build partnerships that create meaningful opportunities and help young people realise their full potential.

An experienced education leader, Campus Head, Programme Lead and specialist educator, Imran has worked across further education, higher education, schools and specialist study support, supporting learners from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds to build confidence, achieve academic success and prepare for meaningful careers. A Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Fellow of the Society for Education and Training, Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, he also contributes to the education sector as an examiner, external examiner, governor and member of national education advisory groups.

Inspired by both his professional experience and his own educational journey, Imran founded FutureBridge Foundation with a clear belief that every young person deserves access to opportunity, guidance and support, regardless of their background. He is passionate about creating lasting partnerships that remove barriers, inspire ambition and enable young people to build brighter futures.
