Dr. Ali-Salas Iddi

Dr Ali-Salas Iddi serves as a Trustee of FutureBridge Foundation, providing strategic oversight, independent guidance and governance to support the charity’s mission of creating opportunities and improving life outcomes for young people. As a member of the Board, he contributes to shaping the Foundation’s long-term direction while promoting accountability, inclusion and sustainable growth.

Holding a PhD in International Development and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Development, Dr Iddi brings extensive experience across education, research, youth development and community engagement. Currently a Senior Lecturer in Business, he has built a career dedicated to teaching, mentoring and inspiring students from diverse backgrounds. His professional experience also includes working as a Youth Justice Worker, supporting young people facing complex challenges, as well as serving in classroom teaching and higher education leadership roles. Alongside this, his experience in project management and stakeholder engagement enables him to provide valuable insight into governance, organisational development and strategic planning.

Passionate about social justice, education and community empowerment, Dr Iddi believes that access to opportunity and inclusive support can transform lives and strengthen communities. As a Trustee, he is committed to helping FutureBridge Foundation deliver meaningful, lasting impact by supporting initiatives that empower young people to thrive in education, employment and life.
